Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or Western Australian public holidays.

During product launches, promotional periods, or other busy times, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate

  • Express Shipping: $15 flat rate

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149 AUD

Estimated delivery time within Australia is generally 1-4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

New Zealand

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $25 AUD

New Zealand delivery time generally takes 5-10 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Sustainable Packaging

Your order is carefully packed using compostable packaging wherever possible, including our mailers and garment packaging.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or charges that may apply in their country.

Said With Soul is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While delivery is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched, we will work with you to help investigate any issues where possible.
