What began as a personal practice of reconnecting with myself through meditation, presence, and self-awareness slowly evolved into something I wanted to share with others - wearable reminders for the moments we all need them most.
The idea came to me during meditation: affirmations intentionally printed in reverse, designed to meet us in moments of reflection. Not as loud statements for the outside world, but as quiet words waiting to meet us in the mirror, a window, or a passing glance throughout the day.
Said With Soul was created to offer calm reassurance rather than perfect positivity - simple reminders of safety, worth, love, and enoughness that we can return to again and again.
