How do your tees fit?
Our Reflection Tees are designed with a relaxed unisex fit for everyday comfort. We recommend checking the size guide on the product page for detailed measurements.
Should I size up for an oversized look?
Yes. Our tee is a regular fir, so if you prefer a more oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Fabric & Care
What is the tee made from?
Our Reflection Tees are made from 100% combed organic cotton.
Is the tee pre-shrunk?
Yes. The garment is pre-shrunk to help maintain a consistent fit after washing.
How should I wash my tee?
We recommend washing your tee inside out in cold water with similar colours. Line drying where possible will help extend the life of the garment and print.
Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149 AUD
International shipping rates vary by region and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Midvale warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Check our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No. Said With Soul is currently available exclusively online.
Can I pick up my order?
No. We do not currently offer local pickup. All orders are shipped from our Perth warehouse.
Can I send a tee as a gift?
Yes. You can ship your order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. We do not include pricing information inside the parcel.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
